will swimming tone my body
Will I be able to tone by swimming alone, three to four times a week?I do not enjoy weights.
I usually vary my style. But is this reaching all the muscles?

You may well tone your muscles but to keep your bones "in shape", you need to do some weight-bearing exercise too, at least twice a week - i.e walking, jogging, areobics, tennis etc since this stimulates bone formation which maintains your bone density or at least minimises bone loss.
