Woman
I seem to be having symptoms of 'thrush'. I am excessively eating yoghurt with live AB cultures, for the past 3 months, to no avail. I have gone for blood tests, sugar was tested 3.9 - normal. PLEASE ASSIST URGENTLY ????
Yoghurt works for thrush if you douche with it, not if you eat it as any cultures are inactivated by the gastric acid. Recurrent thrush is a common problem and you can check the archive for ways of preventing this.
