Hi I am 28 weeks pregnant and i have noticed that i have these pimples around my cltrorus and tey look like black heads that you would normaly get on your face.please could you tell me what this is and is it harmful to my unborn baby.My partner and i ahve had sex while im pregant.

It could be an infection. I cannot tell from this side of the screen. Tell your doctor about them at your next visit.
