Hiv window period

I wonder, I have being researching about the Hiv window period. I was in a high risk situation. Most of the sexologist said that's between 1 and 8 weeks ( which's 2 months). Some others said thats 3 months. I hear another oppinion stating that for Lisa test --- if I am not mistakken --- takes 6 months to be accurance -- window period --- what's the true?
