I have observed that if I roll up the foreskin for cleaning and then back, now when I pee there is irritation on the skin as if cracks have developed and urine is causing it . What could be the reason? is it any infection?

If this only happens after cleaning your penis in this way then there is a chance that it is the soap you are using - try to avoid perfumed soap as this can really dry the skin out. A good wash with water should be adequate, alternatively try aqueous soap.
