Not enough sperm, thus unsatisfying orgasms
I get splendid erections at the age of 68 but my orgasms are very unsatisfying and short. There is very little sperm coming out, only a few drops of seminal fluid. I guess this is why there is no pressure on the spinal nerves that generate an orgasm. What can I do?

Orgasms and ejaculation are two seperate things. Could it be possible that you have retrograde ejaculation, meaning the semen goes back into the bladder.
When last have you had a prostate examination, or even just a PSA blood test? Maybe a visit to your GP or a Urologist.
