Unprotected sex
I slept with someone who might be HIV positive but is very healthy and takes good care of herself through alternative medications and supplements and does not have any opportunistic infections/ or regular illensses, I only realised in the middle of sex and stopped before ejaculating and there were no juices exchanged I then went and had a bath immediately using a disinfactant, I need to know what are chances of having contacted HIV from her, since I'm negetive and what should I do-its been 24hrs

"Might be HIV positive" and HIV positive are two very different things. Before you embark on a 28 day program of Post exposure prophylaxis (PEP) you need to be sure that you have been exposed to the virus. PEP needs to be taken every dayfor 28 days, you need baseline blood tests and follow up consultations to monitor you. The clock is ticking, if you want to take this treatment it should be done ASAP, not later than 24 hours, ideally, but maximum 72 hours.

You can call the AIDS Hotline on 0800 012 322 for a referral for PEP treatment of the DISA clinic (011) 787 - 1222 if you are in JHB.

Good luck
