Thermogenic
I want to start using EAS Thermogenic. What is the right dosis to use and how must I use it. Is there anything else I should use with it.

The recommended dosage is 2-3 capsules twice daily before meals and one hour prior to exercise. After 12 weeks of use, discontinue for 2 weeks.
As ThermoDynamiX is a stimulant some people experience heartburn and shakiness with initial use - you might need to start on a lower dose and step it up until the body gets used to it.
Other than eating six small balanced meals per day you will be doing just fine.
