Me and My girl friend were having sex and the condom broke, we continued to have sex, before (3-5minutes) I ejaculated I pulled out and away from her, she had finished her period 2 days before. Is there a high chance she is pregnant??

There is a possibility that she may be pregnant. Can I ask, if you knew that the condom had broken why you continued?!!
The only way you will know is a pregnancy test, and if this was very recent she may still be able to use the morning after pill. For further advice please see a GP and/or a pharmacist.
In future do not continue if a condom breaks and maybe your girlfriend will think about about using the contraceptive pill as further protection against unwanted pregnancy.
