Detox and yoga
Been putting a lot of toxins in my body sleeping pills due to insomnia, bit of partying over weekends, no exercise, have really good power yoga dvd, want to clean mind body soul, how many times week must i yoga, is it beter in mornings? is it ok do eat only veggies and fruit? and all bran and water

Hi Kasandra, I am not qualified to give you dietary advice other than water, veggies and fruit will greatly aid in detox and yoga practices - you should feel much better too and ultimately your body is the best judge. In the morning you might feel stiffer than at the end of the day but either are good times, particularly if you have not eaten for at least 2/3 hours before. As for frequency, once a week is better than nothing but there are many that try and do a practice 6 times a week - like most things in life, regular and ongoing discipline is the only way to unlock the fundamental benefits.
