Best anti ageing pill
There was a doctor on Oprah that claimed that 150mg disprin a day will retard ageing of your internal organs as well as your skin, would just like your opinion on that because I am taking it.

This combination may have benefits on the skin directly, but one should also consider taking Alpha Lipoic Acid, Zinc, and Vitamin C (water and fat soluble). I believe the doctor you are refering to is called Dr Oz.
