Panic Disorder
Hi there,

I have been diagnosed with Panic disorder about four years ago. I do not understand as I have never had any bad or serious issues that could freak me out like this. I experience dizziness, light headedness, difficulty breathing. I somtimes feel distracted from this world and the weird thoughts of dying and being stuck with no help is killing me. I dont know what to do about it as I have developed serious phobias for medication, going places and being alone. I think i am going crazy, please help a chick out as I dont want to take medication as the doc prescribed.

Dear Azalia. This must be very distressing for you and I advise that you consult further with a medical practitioner. There may be physiological causes for these problems such as thyroid function and it may be important to have this checked out. Best regards.
