3yrs soon, not talking
my son is turning 3yrs in December but he is not talking, he only say papa, mama, nana so i don' t know if he is behind his milestone or what' s wrong. He was born at 23wks.

I would suggest that you visit a speech-language therapist to do an assessment for you. A three-year old should be talking a bit more at this stage and a therapist would be able to tell you why he is not. Maybe he are so comfortable using gestures that he just do not need to talk, however, have it checked out.
