Anemia
I suffer with excessive tiredness even after a good nights sleep. If I sit down and relax i will fall asleep. To try and stay awake is itself quite exhausting. I do eat correctly - the only problem is the amount of caffiene I consume, but I would guess this would be my bodies way of trying to keep me going. I am not sure what else it could be ?
I sounds if you suffer from narcolepsy; are you overweight? Nevertheless this is a question you must put to the GP.
