BIG TOE FEELING
I OFTEN FEEL A VERY SLIGHT PAIN ON THE TIP OF MY BIG TOE. IT IS NOT PAINFULL AT ALL BUT IT FEELS ASIF I HAVE BEEN PRICKED BY A NEEDLE. DOES THIS SENSATION MEAN THAT I WILL HAVE PROBLEMS WITH MY FEET?. ( THEY CARRY 150 KG EVERY DAY AND I AM BUSY REDUCING THE LOAD)

Gordon, well done on reducing that LOAD I must commend you on that, and will tell you that not only for your foot health but your health you are on the right track. The prickling sensation you feel may be a trapped nerve anywhere from your lower back to the ankle. Or on another tack it could simply be an ingrown nail
