Burning skin sensation of foot
Hi Doc

Please help, I think I have a nerve disorder or something do with nerve problems. I went to a foot doctor who refered me to a Physiotherapist. I have been to physio for 3 sessions and my situation still has not improved. I have pains on the insite of my foot which feels like pins and needles. The surface of the skin feels hot and flamy whereas the inside feels icy cold.

I don't what to do now becuase my Physiotherapist has not recommended any cream or ointment to help with the burning sensation. I have tried deep heat and other ointments and nothign seems to help.

I am beginning to think I have athritis or gout, could this be it. I have had these pains for over 4 months

I think you have a referral going on from your calf. Stretch calf, massage it and see if there is a change.
