can i harm my baby or even me
i want to know if im about 34 weeks pregnant and maybe go in labour the next 4 weeks or so - is it dangerous to have intercourse with my husband?

No, it is not dangerous. If you had a history of threatening miscarriage, then I would suggest you take it slow. and after 38 weeks intercourse can even help you to go into labour, but there is no definite proof.
