Congratulations on the new arrival !!!!
Hope you have many sleepless nights - (why should I suffer alone ?) - just kidding. My daughter is now 18 months old and she still wakes up once or twice a night) You know what ? - she can wake me up a 100 times a night - I don't care. It's amazing how, the moment they are born, you know that this little bundle can do whather they like and you will still adore the ground they crawl/walk on. Enjoy !!!

Back to business - I need some help with elbow excercises. I have tennis elbow in both my arms and it is becoming a bit much at times. I do not play tennis - the tennis elbow is as a result of me having had a hysterectomy on 1 Dec 2003 and during the weeks following the op I had to find a way of picking up my daughter without using my tummy or back muscles. I resorted to sitting down on a couch and picking her up with my arms only - now I am paying the price for it. I am trying to rest my arms as often as possible - but how do you do it with big brown eyes staring up at you and saying "up mommy up"

I can bear the pain most of the time, but sometimes it becomes so bad I drop objects because the pain is quite intense. Is there anything I can do to assist the healing process.

Thank you

Hi Lucia

Thanks for the inspiration.

What it sounds like to me is that you have overloaded a circuit in the stomach meridian, which in turn controls the brachioradialis muscle which appears like tennis elbow. There is a reflex under your left breast on the ribs that should be very uncomfortable but should do the trick. The other area is directly on your spine, about 5 vertabrae down your neck.
Between these two reflexes this should sort out really quickly.
