Daily Diet
Good day, i am a vegitarian. i do not eat fish, no chicken and no red meat. i have read alot about different diets one should follow, but they all have fish, chhicken or red meat in them.

My question to you is, what other proteins can i substitute the meat with? I am indian, and i am sure you are aware that indian food is oily. There are a few dishes which are high in protein, but some of them are like soups.

Could you please advice.
