Discoloured toenails
The tips of my big-toe nails (the part not attached to the nail bed) are discoloured, as if dirty. No amount of cleaning, etc. seems to help. This is embarrassing and unsightly. Is there a chemical (or something similar) available that could remove this discolouration?

There a huge number of conditions that can be responsible for this, the first one that comes to mind is a fungal infection of the nails
