dry mouth
Why do I wake up with a very dry mouth during the night ? I am 50 years old male, and am on Amloc 10 and Ziak 5. Everything else I do is normal (I think)
Hi Steve
You may be mouth breathing at night - either due to a blocked nose (allergies) or because your soft palate relaxes when you sleep ( do you snore?)
