Exercise plan to gain lean muscle
i've been diagnosed with HIV and i want to know if you could suggest an exercise plan that will help increase my lean muscles and body mass. it is important that i get a regim to follow - please help

Any gym program will increase your lean body mass. You just need to be carefull that you dont do too much. Start with the super circuit at your gym for a block of 6-8 weeks. If you rae used to strength training you can keep your intensity high but if your'e not used to weights take it slowly and start with 1 set of 10-12 on each apparatus and see how you feel. Its difficult to adress your problem on the forum. Speak to your nearest Bio and he/she can provide you with a comprehansive program and follow ups.
