feet cramps
I get feet cramps alot at night and the only thing that gets it to go away is walking it off. Some nights I wake up from the cramps it's so bad. It never spreads to my calves or anywhere else. Is there some vitamin or nutrient that is lacking in my body?

The most likely candidate is magnesium and potassium, BUT there may be circulatory problems as well DO NOT Take my answer as a treatment it is only advice please go to your GP and let him/her check you out before you do anything else
