formula and weight gain

i hope you guys can me! my daughter is currently nearly 6 weeks old. She was born 3 weeks early and only weighed 2.4 at birth. i was not able to breast feed and gave her Nan 1 from the beginning. Last week at the weigh-in the nurse said she was concerned that emily is pickling up weight too quickly, as 200g a week is normal and emily has been picking up approx. 500g a week!!!
1 week- 2.6kg
2 week - 3kg
3 week - 3.5kg
4 week - 3.7kg
5 week- 4.2kg

I am feeding her nan1, 125ml with 5 scoops, 6 times a day.

can anyone give me any advise?

Hallo Maya
It would be best to see someone who specialises in premature baby feeding, such as a pediatric dietician. She will be able to assess the feeding for you and suggest an alternative.
