fracture of the metatarcels
On the 2nd January 2004 I fractured my metatarcels on my right foot. 3,4 and five. How long before I can jog again?
Thank you.
Thank you.
Hi Kym
You would have to get the opinion of the Dr who diagnosed the fractures. Usually it would take six weeks for the fractures to heal and then you need to build up from there based on your level of comfort.
