Grandmother with painful heel
Hi
My grandmother 68 suffers from a painful heel she says its a sharp stabbing pain and finds it hard to stand or walk. she is in rural transkei and its difficult to commute to specialists - what remedies would u recommend for her to use to eliviate this pain as well as knees.

Get her to stretch the calf and get someone to massage it - often there is a referral from here in to the heel.
