2 schemes that have coastal hospital plans that i know about are Discovery and Omnihealth. I would expect Oxygen and Fedhealth to have general hospital plans.
Another approach is to go the Council for Medical Schemes website (www.medicalschemes.com) where they list all the schemes and the different plans that they have available.
Unfortunately if you do not have a broker you are going to do a little running around before you find the scheme that meets all of your needs.
