There are many methods employed to treat varrucae, and I will list those that I know of,
1) Cryotherapy: freezing with liquid nitrogen
2) Diathermy: Heating with electricity and careful dissection
3) Chemotherapy: the use of chemical and acid agents to remove the warts
4) certain drugs can be injected into the warts like Bleomycin
5) Homeopathic medicines
6) Excision: formally cutting the varrucae out ( I do not like this method as it is too invasive and can lead to marked scarring)

Whatever I have just told you doesnt tell you what you actually need. But having said that you do need to go to either a podiatrist or a Dermatologist as these two disciplines deal with varrucae more than any other
