just wanna ask . ..
what is the condition wherein a man's heart is shrinking???
what is the cause of such disease?

Dear Dannie,
I know of no disease causing a heart to shrink. Constrictive pericarditis can cause restriction of cardiac function. Idiopathic restrictive cardiomyopathy can cause the same dysfunction, but in this condition the heart is usually enlarged, not small.
Please go back to whoever gave you this diagnosis, and ask for a name of the condition. If you can provide me with this information, I shall be able to explain more to you, and hopefully answer your questions.
