Killer Lower Back (KLB)
I need help!!!
I was involved in a MVA a while back- injury to my lower back.
I used to see a Chiro a while back was helpfull.
I need to know who is more effective in assisting with the pain
A chiro or a Physo.

I have difficult maintaing a normal std of life due to the bad back
* I try to excercise daily - Cadio & Weights
