light and brightness headach effecting my life
I have a big problem when i watch tv for a period of time of more then an hour
my computer screen at work or being outdoors in the sun esp on the beach
i get severe headachs which is unbearable sometimes going into a migraine.
i find this very mood effecting for my eyes and my head get sore and then
it effects my whole mood cause i feel down and just like i want to lay in
a dark room which helps .

I sounds like you have photophobia as a trigger for your headaches. I suggest a filtering screen for for your computer monitor, that you watch TV in a brighter room and that you where sunglasses when out doors.
