muscle strain
I am a runner and I experience soreness and numbness on my left calf and fore-thigh muscle in the first 5kms. I suspect that there is a problem with blood flow to my left leg. This problem goes away after 5kms. What could the source of this problem?

Thanks

hi Chilli

More likely flexibilty. Make sure you are stretching your calves with the knee bot straight and bent, to access all the muscle groups.
