Pain in heel
I have this sore spot in my right heel now about 14years, in the beginning it was really sore and I had 3 cortisone injections, but it is still sore, now I'm doing alot road running, includ, Two Oceans, it get quite sore sometimes not all the time, I'm wearing orthortics for ITB, the one Dr. told me it is Planter Facittis and another dr told me it is maybe a heel spur. It is not sore when I get up in mornings, it gets more sore when I'm doing more miles, sometimes it is sore during the day. What do you think.
