Hi lea

In terms of exercise, it's important to get mobility going after healing to prevent frozen shoulders. But initially it is important to let healing take place.

In terms of pain medication, anti inflamatories and pain killers will be the mainstay. Keeping the shoulder strapped correctly will help with pain relief as undue movement can cause severe pain. You can also try transact patches for localk relief.

At least it wasn't a broken heart; only bruised.
