Pain on the bottom of the feet when standing

I get a pain on the bottom of my feet when I stand. It almost feels as if there is water in my pads and it is putting pressure around that region. If I stand still after a couple of moments, it becomes unbearable and I have to more around. Even if I rest my feet for a full day it will just take a couple more moments until the pain comes back. This effects my daily life...
Do you have any suggestions on what it could be?

Water in your pads makes me think that there is either a chronic inflammation, with swelling or you have some nerve disorder/disease.
Has the effect on your daily life made you seek any treatment, if not then please go to a podiatrist, (call the south African Podiatry assn 0861 100 249) they will be able to help you if not then they will refer you to the correct doctors
