panic attcks
I am 34 years old and have 2 sons aged 13 and 8. I have been suffering with panic attacks now for about 3 years. Somedays are not so bad but I get days where I will about 2 in one day. They last from about 4 minutes and some last for about 15 minutes. I would like to know if there is anything natural I can take to help me. I have heard that Herbex Nerve tonic is good. Can you please give me some info. Thank You.

Anxiety attacks can be a result from nutritional deficiency as well as stress, trauma or illness. I recommend that you determine with the help of a counsellor the features that preceded the panic attacks as well as possible triggers. Natural medicine will support the nervous system and the adrenal glands. A good formula is the Bioharmony Adrenal Boost, as well as the Mineral Magnesium. You will probably find that the normal nervous system herbs are contained in Herbex nerve tonic, such as passiflora, valerian, scullcap and others, and in so supporting the nervous system it may be of help.
