Penis shape and proportions.
I have an unusual problem of a urological nature. My penis when erect is shorter than average ie 14cm long[Five and a half inches],but is also far thicker than average ie 5cm across,or 15.75cm in circumference. This causes me great embarrasment and a lack of confidence sexually.Surely it should be longer,as well as thinner? Is there anything that can be done about it?

Dear Trev,
The proportions that you are referring to are averages. Just as body shapes and lengths vary, there is variation in the size and shape of different penises.
There have been various techniques reported, how to change the length and diameter of a penis, but unfortunately no one is always successful. It always is very sad when normal functional and sensation are lost. Scar formation may also be a debilitating problem.
Most experts maintain that size and shape is of little importance. In a loving and caring relationship all these problems disappear and confidence is restored.
