Perm baby
Hi I want to know, I have diabetes, insulien type. My baby was born on 33 week and was 1.5kg. Would there be ANY problems regarding school, and medical issues? I like to have more info about prems, I don't know much..
Dear Alta
Prems usually have more problems with breathing issues, such as asma and airway infections. School problems is really dependend on each baby and should be assessed individually. Visit an occupational therapist who specialises in premature babies to do an assessment for you.
Warm regards
