Preacher curl pain
Hi,

I seem to have a wierd problem...the big muscle in my forearm (underneath-stretchung from wrist to elbow) aches terribly at the top of the curl. So much that I have to quit way before fatigue. If I press anything against the bone against wich this muscle lies, there is a sharp pain very reminescent of a shinsplint. Any info?

Hi Qgym

Your timing is supreme - check out the answer to Martin above and the same should work for you. You will also need to stretch the forearm muscles with the elbow both straight and bent.
