Just need to make sure of something.

I thought Core Exercises helps to stabilize your spine? My back gets stuff very quickly. My lower back is especially killing me. Like this morning again, when I got up from my chair at work, my left leg almost collapsed. I've got this throbbing pain that runs from my lower back into my left hip. I tried drinking anti-inflametries, but it only works for a few days and then it comes back again. So I'm out of ideas now. I stretched every night after I come back from class.

Is there anything else I can do?

Hi Kim

I am just being controversial about the core stability. Try this for "Doug's core stability" - run the base of your skull for 1 minute, and then either side of your navel for 1 minute and see if you are able to stabilise more easily.
