Shoulder pain (Left shoulder)
I had a shoulder op (L) 6 months ago and the pain is worse than before the op!! The Dr says I now have frozn shoulder. What can I do on the short term ti alleviate pain and on the long turn to cure it? I suffer from constant pain, worse at night. I dont sleep more than 4 hrs and then wake up with this terrible pain. I have done physio but to no (or little) avail.
Piet, what type of operation did you have? Have you try a combination of an anti-inflammatory like Voltaren® and a painkiller like Stopayne®? Let me know as a new question and we’ll take it from there. Good luck.
