Strange hand injury ...
Hi there,
Quick question - I seem to have picked up a strange hand injury. While it is not tender or sore there is without a doubt something not 100%. As Ive recently started playing golf again I assume this could be a possible cause.
Im not sure of the muscle names etc but ... On my right hand, palm facing down with fingers extended everything looks 100%. If I bend the hand from the wrist straight down still looks ok, however if I drop the wrist down and outward to the right a bump with the outside diameter the size of a R5 coin "pops" up just below my wrist ... on the hand. The bump is on the left side of the wrist if the hand is pointing downwards.
Im able to attach photos if required.
I know that I need to see a doc, however I dont wanna waste time and money going to the wrong ones. Should I head to the GP first or to a specialist or physio.
Thanks for your help its much appreciated.
