tennis elbow
please can someone give me advice. I have had tennis elbow for 6 months now. I had physio about 2 months ago for it but it did not help. I went to my GP and he gave me a course of 3 cortisone injections spaced at 10 days apart. I have been for 6 more physio sessions but it has not helped. I am now having the same pain that I get in my elbow up into my top arm socket and my wrist. It is so debilitating and annoying. I can't lift simple things like bending over and taking my purse out of my handbag or taking a dish down out of the top of the cupboard. My gp suggested having my arm plastered for six weeks so that I dont use it. I just cannot bear the thought of that. What else can I do?
