Im a 25 year old woman who spends 45min - 60min at the gym
4 times a week. I do 20/30min Stationary Cycling 10/15min
Treadmill and the rest of the time in the toning section of the gym. I only use low wights for toning, but my problem is
that since i started gymming 6months ago im starting to build
to much muscle in my leggs and thighs. I do not understand
why this is, coz i never use high weights (7 or 10)My thighs
is getting so much bigger that i cant fit into my size 10
jeans anymore. I dont want to look muscular, just tone. Pls help?
