Twitching legs
Hi there,
Every night, as Im falling asleep my legs start twitching, some nights it gets quite bad, like spasems and it keeps me and my husband awake. Im 24 and on no medication. What can be causing this?

There are different answers for different age groups. I would imagine you are quite stressed and when you are falling asleep your body is trying to move from beta to alpha and down into theta which is a deep sleep state. When stressed the body does not let go well and resists the process.
Try doing some relaxed but deep breathing just before going to sleep.
