I am doing the shape up for Summer programme and i need to know what size weights to use.

Hi Jazz

Use ones that are comfortable for you i.e you should be tired at the end of 12 - 15 repetitions, but they musn't be so heavy that you can't complete the set of repetitions.
Perhaps 3kg dumbbells will work?
