I would like to start Pilates but i'm worried that with all the strethcing and then suddenly lowering your legs and stuff, i'll fanny fart. This is really embarressing. Is there any way to prevent this?

A very important part of your Pilates training is the conditioning of your pelvic floor muscles. These muscles are specifically trained in patients that have incontinence problems and the chances of air escaping should be minimized.
