Ab Training
I need some suggestions on ab training and what is working for you. I have less then two weeks to go and really want to make it count. Ive been varying between V-ups+Crunches and Hanging Leg Raises+Crunches. Does adding weights make a difference and does it give faster results.

Let me know what your thinking.

I perform hanging leg raises, ball crunches with a 5 or 10 kg plate and "Rockies" (alt. knee to elbow while keeping my feet off the ground and so doing keep the tension on the tummy muscles). Trust me, if these don't do the trick then nothing will.

I do think adding weights to your leg raises will help-in fact the one time I saw this guy at the gym connecting the low cable to his feet and then doing leg raises off a bench-the tension was permanently on his abs and when he mistakenly (I think purposely for the ladies) lifted his shirt his abs were impressive to say the least!

Also, you don't need me to tell you that to get the abs looking good you need to have the minimum amount of fat on the tummy area.

Hope this helps.
