Advice please
Hi Conrad

I'm requiring your advice please!
I'd like to lose ±5-6kgs & tone overall as I'm 1.56m,±60-61kgs Female. How many sessions of cardio & toning respectively would you suggest per week? Should cardio & toning be done on seperate days? How long should these sessions be? At the moment I do ±2-3Spinning classes & 1-2Toning(circuit) sessions. I eat very healthily so that's not a problem. I have however never really followed a specific program, but have exercised for years, so your input would be much appreciated. Just another question, if following the advice you give properly how long more or less do you think it would take to see a difference?

Time wise it depends on your intensity and eating plan etc. You should start seeing promising results after approx. 4 to 6 weeks.
