Chest muscles
Good day!

I'm a 16-year old guy and I have been doing exercises for my entire body for the past few months. I have seen improvement in my entire body, except my chest. I was wondering if there were any exercises you could recommend for that part of the body. My arms are starting to look out of proportion! :-)

I think I should mention that I have been Roaccutane a while back, my deramtologist said that it had an effect on the muscles, though I'm not exactly sure what he meant. You'd probably know.

Thank you.

Jasper,

I know that Roaccutane has an effect on certain bodily functions and all but was not aware that it has an effect on muscles and their development.

What you may have to do is to train your chest heavy in the form of barbell bench presses and even dumbbell chest presses. Why don't you start by telling me what you have been doing for chest up and till this point.

Keep well,
